Peder spent his career chasing flavor at every level of the craft, from the kitchens of Michelin three-star restaurants to the helm of the internationally acclaimed Marvel Bar. Megan brought her own exacting standards to the table, rooted in a deep commitment to quality and a personal understanding of what it means to need genuinely great non-alcoholic options. Dry Wit was born from that shared obsession, and we're proud to call Minneapolis home. We slow-brew whole botanical tisanes (never extracts), build body through upcycled grape juice, and layer complexity by deftly balancing flavor with tannins, acidity, salinity, and carbonation rather than sugar or shortcuts. No added sugar, no fermentation, no residual alcohol. The result is three distinct expressions, each crafted to hold its own alongside exceptional food and the people who refuse to settle for the glass being an afterthought.
